Gloucester House celebrated World Book Day with a readathon, book character fancy dress – and the launch of our brand new library!
After receiving generous donations from children’s publishers and authors (especially the wonderful Sophie Anderson), the school now has an impressive array of early years, children’s and young adult literature. Pupils have been enjoying them in the cosy, quiet environment, and will soon be issued with their own personalised library cards! The library has been a collaborative project between the English team, Deputy Head and most importantly features bookcase personalisation artwork by the children themselves.
